Cwrt Rawlin Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic, and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our wonderful school community.

The team at Cwrt Rawlin Primary School is dedicated, hardworking, and supportive. The successful candidate will work as part of our team, providing enthusiasm, humour, and a determination to support each other in delivering an excellent school experience for our enthusiastic pupils.

The role involves covering planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time across the school. A willingness to undertake ‘forest school’ training and deliver sessions for children aged 5 – 11 would be advantageous. We seek someone who is flexible, patient, and able to communicate well, but most importantly, who will enjoy working with our children.

Applicants should clearly outline how they meet the person specification, including relevant skills and experiences.

Selection Process
  • Visit to school: Thursday 22nd May 2025 at 4pm (please inform the school if attending)
  • Application closing date: Monday 2nd June 2025
  • Shortlisting: Tuesday 3rd June 2025
  • Lesson Observation: Monday 9th June 2025
  • Interview: Tuesday 10th June 2025
