Job summary

Rowan Gate Primary School - Four Sites is recruiting two Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs. You will work with Class Teachers and Level 2 TAs, promoting engagement, independence and progress across a part-time schedule (33.75 hours over 39 weeks).

Locations include our Tennyson Road, Rushden site and our Wellingborough site. Occasional travel between sites may be required to cover operational needs; a DBS check and satisfactory references are required.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grades 4-9) or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs in a school setting.
• Understanding of special educational needs and ability to manage challenging behaviours.
• Experience leading a group or class within a school environment.
