Job summary

Alder Brook Primary Partnership is inviting applications for three Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support the Experts at Hand initiative across Salford primary schools.

These roles require flexibility to work across a range of settings, with a focus on pupils with SEMH and SEND; vehicle and insurance are required. You will collaborate with mainstream and specialist colleagues to facilitate reintegration and capacity building.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with SEND in mainstream or specialist settings, especially SEMH.
• Able to work across a range of settings and locations.
• Committed to supporting pupils across Salford primary schools.
• Enjoys a varied and collaborative role.
• Must have access to own vehicle with mileage claimable.

Responsibilities

• Working across mainstream settings to support pupils, including short-term placements.
• Supporting pupils during placement and reintegration into mainstream school.
• Providing advice and practical strategies to mainstream practitioners.
• Helping to build capacity by teaching classes within Alder Brook as part of the Expert at Hand offer.
