Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a primary school in Morpeth (NE61) from September 2026, with a timetable across Year 1–5 and some EYFS.

You will provide general classroom support and assist with intervention delivery for small groups, contributing to a collaborative team focused on meaningful learning opportunities.

The role offers excellent daily rates via PAYE and a guaranteed pay scheme, with support from a dedicated consultant.

£460 - £490 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis at this Primary School in Morpeth (NE61) from September 2026. The role of the Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant will involve working across classes from Year 1 to Year 5 on a bespoke timetable created by the school, but also spending some time in EYFS. It will be completing general classroom support, as well as supporting with intervention delivery for small groups. This is a school where staff work together to ensure all pupils have access to meaningful learning opportunities.

Requirements

The desired Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant will have;

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
