Vision for Education is seeking a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant in the Norton area to support a Reception hub and provide targeted interventions alongside general TA duties. The role runs September 2026 to April 2027, with potential for permanency depending on school needs.
Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with salary dependent on experience. A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning is required; EYFS and SEND experience are desirable.

Vision for Education is looking to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in a primary school in the Norton area.
This is a full time EYFS Teaching Assistant role, Monday to Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm, working a role of general TA within a reception HUB supporting generally and also any additional support within the EYFS Hub.
This role will commence in September 2026, and will be required until April 2027. This position has the potential to turn permanent, depending on the needs of the school at the time.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is a Level 3 or above in Teaching and Supporting Learning and SEND experience would be desirable to the role. Working within small groups as well as generically within a class, so a pro active individual is required.
Working as part of a passionate teaching team, the desired teaching assistant will focus on providing a high standard of support for a small group of reception children for interventions as well as a general TA. Must be flexible to changing environments and working within small intervention groups.
