LMP-Group in Crawley is offering a Teaching Assistant Apprentice role within a secondary context, supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing under supervision. You will assist in delivering learning activities, help foster a positive classroom climate and contribute to safeguarding and pastoral support.
The apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard with online training and mentor support, while offering 30 hours per week at a salary of £12,480 per year.

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will work under the direction of teaching staff to support pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing across the school. You will assist in delivering high-quality learning support, help maintain a positive classroom environment and contribute to the overall ethos of the school. You will support individuals and small groups of pupils, helping them to access learning and develop confidence both academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to supporting children’s learning and development. They will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn within a school environment.
