We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people in their learning and development and will be eager to gain hands‑on experience within a busy all‑through school environment.

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will work under the direction of teaching staff to support pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing across the school. You will assist in delivering high‑quality learning support, help maintain a positive classroom environment, and contribute to the overall ethos of the school. You will support individuals and small groups of pupils, helping them to access learning and develop confidence both academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to supporting children’s learning and development. They will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn within a school environment.
