Job summary

KPI RECRUITING LTD is seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with Key Stage 1 pupils in a primary school setting. The role focuses on supporting children's early development, helping them build confidence, and ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive in the classroom.

The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist teachers with lesson preparation, and promote positive behaviour, independence, and inclusivity for all learners.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience in Key Stage 1.
• Experience working with primary-aged children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
