Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and welcoming primary school?

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in the London Borough of Bexley from September 2026. This is a full‑time opportunity to become an integral member of the school's support team, working closely with teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and is committed to making a positive difference in children's lives.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to provide high‑quality classroom support, helping to create an engaging, inclusive and nurturing learning environment. You may support the whole class, deliver small‑group interventions or provide targeted support to individual pupils depending on the needs of the school.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to support pupils across different year groups and contribute to all aspects of school life.
