Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with teaching and learning across the curriculum.
• Supporting small-group and individual interventions.
• Providing one-to-one support where appropriate.
• Helping pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Preparing resources for classroom activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
• Supporting pupils' confidence and independence.
• Working closely with class teachers and support staff.
