Job summary

Long-term Teachers in the BS16 area is seeking a Level 3 qualified nursery practitioner to join their team with an ASAP start. The role focuses on high-quality care and early education for children aged 0–5, following EYFS guidelines in a loving, inclusive setting.

You will plan engaging activities, monitor development, and maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards, while building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified nursery practitioner responsible for high-quality care and early education.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EYFS-based activities.
• Observe and record children's development.
• Support physical, emotional and social needs.
• Provide daily care routines (feeding, toileting, hygiene).
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and attend team meetings.
• Support inclusion of all children.
