Job summary

Simply Education Ltd in Stevenage is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to support nurseries on a flexible supply basis, with day-to-day cover or longer-term placements. You will help create a safe, stimulating environment for children aged 0-5, assist with activities, and work closely with staff and parents.

Immediate starts and registrations are welcome. If you hold a Level 3 qualification and DBS (Update Service preferred), you can join our expanding network of Early Years

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is essential.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting.
• Creating a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development.
• Working closely with nursery staff, parents and carers.
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
