Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Plan engaging play-based activities that support each child's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress to support learning journeys.
• Utilize bright learning environments, the soft play area, and outdoor spaces to create learning opportunities.
• Support children to develop confidence, independence and key life skills.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment and follow safeguarding policies.
