Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator/Nursery Practitioner to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children. You’ll work within the Busy Bees framework and the Bee Curious curriculum, delivering engaging activities and ensuring high-quality early education.

The role requires Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education, experience with under-5s, and strong communication and organizational skills to plan and deliver activities.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Ability to plan and deliver activities using knowledge of child development.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials for learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Act as Key Person, building strong family connections.
