Qualifications

• Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, applying knowledge of child development to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials to support learning.
• Lead and deliver EYFS-aligned educational activities to support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
• Act as Key Person, building strong family connections and monitoring each child’s development.
