Caring Kindergartens is looking for individuals with a Level 3 childcare qualification who are committed to progressing in their careers and caring for children within the EYFS framework.

The role involves working as a key worker, planning and delivering a wide range of play experiences, and collaborating with colleagues to create a positive nursery environment. DBS clearance and strong English skills are required, with ongoing training and development opportunities available.

Qualificações

• Level 3 childcare qualification recognised by the Department for Education.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Excellent understanding of the English language, spoken and written.
• Good safeguarding knowledge and practices.
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Cleared DBS check.
• Ability to extend children’s learning through high quality experiences.
• Ability to manage a group of key children.
• Strong communication with adults and children.
• Commitment to reflective practice and self-development.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a team and act as key worker for a group of children, observing and recording progress.
• Develop high quality interactions and extend children's thinking and learning.
• Plan and deliver play experiences promoting physical, cognitive and emotional development.
• Ensure activities align with EYFS next steps, observations, and interests.
• Support each child in developing self-esteem, confidence and competence.
• Model positive behaviour with children and families.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through training and workshops.
• Ensure hygiene standards meet Caring Kindergartens policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive nursery team.
