Job summary

The Thicket Nursery in Maidenhead is seeking two Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support children aged 2–4. You will join an experienced team in a new nursery setting beside our Junior School, delivering structured play and development opportunities.

The role requires NVQ Level 3, experience in early years, strong English and numeracy, and a collaborative, safeguarding-minded approach. You will contribute to a positive, ethos-driven environment with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in childcare or early years.
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Fluent English and solid numeracy skills.
• Ability to plan safe, stimulating play activities for young children.
