Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our agency network in East Grinstead. You will support children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, creating safe and nurturing learning environments while delivering engaging activities.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible day-to-day or long-term assignments, and ongoing professional support from a dedicated recruitment consultant, including safeguarding training. Experience across top local nurseries is valued.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in nursery environments.
• Strong behavior management and room management techniques.
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to supporting every child's individual growth.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individual children on a 1:1 basis or working with small groups needing tailored assistance.
• Creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments.
• Planning and delivering stimulating learning activities suited to different developmental stages.
• Promoting positive behavior and keeping children actively engaged throughout the day.
• Working seamlessly with staff teams to deliver high-quality early years provision.
