Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our agency network in the Reigate area. You will gain diverse experience across top local nurseries, design flexible work patterns, and support young learners with tailored activities.

Key duties include 1:1 support, small group tasks, creating safe learning spaces, planning stimulating activities, and promoting positive behaviour. Weekly pay and ongoing consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in nursery environments.
• Strong behavior management and room management techniques.
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individual children on a 1:1 basis or with small groups needing tailored assistance.
• Creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments.
• Planning and delivering stimulating learning activities suited to different developmental stages.
• Promoting positive behavior and keeping children actively engaged.
• Working seamlessly with staff teams to deliver high-quality early years provision.
