Key responsibilities include 1:1 support, creating safe and engaging environments, and planning developmentally appropriate activities, with ongoing consultant support and safeguarding training.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in nursery environments.
• Strong behavior management and room management techniques.
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to supporting every child's individual growth.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individual children on a 1:1 basis or with small groups needing tailored assistance.
• Creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments.
• Planning and delivering stimulating learning activities suited to different developmental stages.
• Promoting positive behavior and keeping children actively engaged throughout the day.
• Working seamlessly with staff teams to deliver high-quality early years provision.
