Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our flexible nursery supply team across settings. With CACHE Level 3 and a passion for early years, you’ll control your week with assignments and weekly pay.

Deliver engaging early learning experiences, provide 1:1 or small group support, and collaborate with permanent staff to maintain a positive, inclusive environment focused on child development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nursery/early years settings.
• Strong classroom management and group engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive early learning experiences.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child thrives.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support for children requiring extra guidance.
• Manage day-to-day nursery dynamics and maintain strong child engagement.
• Collaborate with permanent staff and nursery teams to ensure cohesive care.
