Job summary

The Mill in Calderdale is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Montessori nursery. You will provide high-quality care, education and learning experiences for young children, supporting their development and next steps.

You will help maintain a well-prepared Montessori environment, plan meaningful indoor and outdoor activities, and build warm relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised, full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Be caring, reliable, enthusiastic and committed to high-quality early education.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Be willing to develop your understanding of Montessori education and practice.
• Montessori experience would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

Job description

You will:

Negotiable depending on experience, with at least the applicable National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage.
