Job summary

LET Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted rated 'Good' nursery. They seek a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a small, privately owned setting dedicated to a loving, stimulating environment.

You will maintain a high quality environment, communicate with children, parents and staff, and oversee delivery of childcare and educational programmes. DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.

Job description

Our client an Ofsted rated 'Good' nursery school are seeking a passionate and dedicated a Nursery Practitioner to join their professional and friendly team.

The Nursery is a small privately owned setting who's mission is to provide the best possible standard in childcare and education within a loving, stimulating and homely environment.

Your role

• Maintain a high quality and stimulating environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with the children, parents and staff.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programmes.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development.

Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-6pm (full time and part time opportunities available). Excellent rates of pay and fantastic staff benefits and incentives.

About you

• The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within early childhood education, as well as strong leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3.
