Maidenhead, Berkshire-based nursery is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework. The role requires a Level 3 qualification and nursery experience with a strong EYFS understanding.

Salary: £23,000 £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who shares our commitment to excellence, quality, and child-centred care.
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support childrens development
Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met
Foster strong partnerships with parents/carers and colleagues to support each childs well-being
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to the Outstanding practice and uphold the nurserys values, ethos, and standards
Support the safeguarding, health, and well-being of all children in your care
Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication, teamwork, and observation skills
A nurturing, positive, and proactive approach
Commitment to delivering Outstanding practice
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
