Randstad NV is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Horley, Surrey. The role focuses on being a Key Person, delivering EYFS activities, and ensuring a safe, caring environment for children aged 0-5.

We require a Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification, EYFS experience, safeguarding knowledge, and strong communication. DBS check is required or willingness to obtain one. This is a full-time position with a supportive team.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Early Years Educator (Horley)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive team in Horley. Employment Details:

• Location: Horley, Surrey
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person to a designated group of children, tracking their progress and supporting their individual development.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding across the setting at all times.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues through clear communication.
• Assist with day-to-day nursery routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, and outdoor play.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working within an EYFS nursery setting.
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection guidelines.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
