Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time, term-time only role at a primary school near Stonehouse, Gloucester. The position runs 08:30–15:30, supporting 3–5-year-olds within an EYFS setting and collaborating with teachers to foster a nurturing, play-based learning environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent.

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity? The Role

• Full-time, term-time only position working 08:30 – 15:30 within the Early Years setting
• Supporting children aged 3-5 in their learning and development
• Helping to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Supporting children’s communication, social, emotional, and physical development
• Encouraging independence, curiosity, and positive learning behaviours
• Working closely with teachers and colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment
• Observing, monitoring, and recording children’s progress

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent
• Previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A warm, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team
