Brookes Bell invites applications for a Level 3 Materials Technician apprenticeship at our Wirral laboratory. You will learn to handle and prepare metallic samples, assist with analysis, and operate advanced lab equipment within a small, collaborative team.

You will gain hands-on experience, with structured training over 20 months. Candidates must be 18+, UK-resident, and have a driving license or access to a car preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ and not in full-time education.
• Must have resided in the UK for at least 3 years and have the right to work in the UK.
• No degree required; training provided through apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations in handling and preparation of metallic samples.
• Support analysis and experimental procedures under supervision.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment and document results.
