Trust Education Ltd is recruiting for a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rotherham.

You will support learning in the Early Years, assisting play-based activities, working with small groups and individuals, and helping create a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive while safeguarding is a priority.

Role: Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Rotherham (S61)

Contract Type: Temporary

Trust Education are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rotherham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at the beginning of their educational journey, helping them develop confidence, curiosity and key early learning skills within a nurturing Early Years environment.

The Role

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning within the EYFS setting. Duties may include supporting play-based learning, working with small groups, assisting individual pupils, and helping to create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Have experience working within an EYFS setting
• Be nurturing, patient and enthusiastic
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Be proactive and adaptable in a busy classroom environment
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent classroom experience
