You will collaborate with staff, monitor progress, and help ensure a safe, stimulating classroom. Full-time or part-time options are available with competitive daily rates and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working within an Early Years environment.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient, supportive manner.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Confidence in applying behaviour strategies that support emotional and social development.

Daily Rate: £90 £120 (dependent on experience)

About the Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children s early development and fostering a positive, stimulating learning environment. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher and wider team to deliver high-quality Early Years provision.
