Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Experience in an early years or primary setting.
• Nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children's development.

Responsibilities

• Support children through play-based learning and structured activities.
• Help pupils develop early literacy, phonics, numeracy and communication skills.
• Support personal, social and emotional development.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive relationships.
• Assist with classroom routines, resources and the wider learning environment.
• Work alongside the class teacher to provide effective support for all pupils.
