REESON Education is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a busy primary school in Tower Hamlets, East London. The role covers Nursery and Reception, with an emphasis on play-based learning and building early literacy, language and numeracy foundations.

You will join a dedicated team, supporting children with diverse learning needs and collaborating with teachers to monitor progress in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Experience in an early years setting, ideally within a school or nursery.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Confidence supporting phonics, language development and early learning.

Responsabilidades

• Support teaching and learning across Nursery and Reception.
• Assist with phonics, early reading, writing and number activities.
• Deliver engaging play-based activities that support the EYFS curriculum.
• Help children develop communication, language, confidence and independence.
• Provide individual and small-group support where needed.
• Support children with SEND and adapt activities to meet different learning needs.
• Work closely with teachers to monitor progress and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom.
