Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator for immediate and ongoing placements across Barnet's Nursery and Reception settings. Roles available on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework, supporting children's development in all seven areas and contributing to a nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential.
• Hands-on EYFS experience, preferably Nursery or Reception.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework.
• Experience observing and assessing using Development Matters.
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stimulating, play-based learning in line with EYFS.
• Lead the room with other practitioners and the class teacher.
• Carry out observations and track progress using learning journeys.
• Support children with SEND and EAL.
• Engage with families to support development.
