Job summary

Randstad NV in Horley, Surrey is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly team caring for children aged 0-5. The role requires a relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification and EYFS experience, with a DBS check or willingness to obtain one prior to starting.

You will act as a Key Person, plan engaging activities, ensure safeguarding, and build strong relations with families while supporting everyday nursery routines in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification required and EYFS experience.
• Proven EYFS nursery experience is essential.
• DBS check or willingness to obtain prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person to a designated group of children and track progress.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding.
• Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues through clear communication.
• Support daily nursery routines including meals, rest, and outdoor play.
