Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in an EYFS nursery setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person for a designated group of children and track progress.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and safeguarding across the setting.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Assist with daily nursery routines including meals, rest and outdoor play.
