The role focuses on delivering the Bee Curious curriculum, building strong family links, and supporting children through engaging activities and play-based learning. A Level 3 qualification in Early Years is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with children, families and colleagues.
• Ability to plan activities and adapt to children's needs.
• Experience applying EYFS guidance in daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
