Job summary

Tiny Toez is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS in Tamworth. You will plan and support age-appropriate activities, observe children, and create a safe, inclusive environment while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience in a nursery setting. You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with on-site parking and opportunities for CPD

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 childcare qualification in Early Years or equivalent - essential.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting - essential.
• Safeguarding Level 1 and 2, Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Food Safety - desirable (core training is provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
• Observe, assess and record children's progress
• Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times
