REESON Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for nursery roles across Waltham Forest, East London. This is a flexible, local opportunity designed for practitioners who enjoy helping young children learn through play.

To be eligible you must hold a Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification, have nursery experience, and be prepared to obtain an enhanced DBS. Start dates are ASAP and pay ranges from £14.25 to £16.65 per hour depending on experience.

Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who enjoys helping young children learn through play? Reeson Education is recruiting for nursery and early years opportunities across the borough of Waltham Forest, East London, including Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford.

This is a great opportunity for a caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work in local early years settings.

The Role:

Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

Location: Waltham Forest, East London

Start date: ASAP

Setting: Nurseries and early years settings

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll support children's learning and care while helping them build confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

• Support learning through play in line with the EYFS.
• Encourage children's communication, social and physical development.
• Help with observations, daily routines and activities suited to children's needs.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and work closely with the wider team.

What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.

• A nurturing, reliable approach and good safeguarding awareness.
• An enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply for one.
