Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a lovely children's centre in Islington on an ad-hoc basis. This role offers flexible, ad-hoc shifts and an opportunity to work in a warm, welcoming setting.

You will deliver EYFS-aligned activities, support learning and development, and help create a safe, nurturing environment while building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Caring, energetic and reliable approach.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Deliver engaging play-based activities.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Assist with daily routines and general classroom organisation.

The Role
