Job summary

Smart Stars Nursery in Birmingham is offering a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship. You will work with young children, support their education and social development, and build positive relationships while following structured learning activities.

The programme runs for 15–18 months with blended learning, regular teaching sessions, and EPA assessment after completing modules such as health & safety, safeguarding and child development.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship at Level 3 in Early Years setting.
• DBS check will be required for the role.
• GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assist with learning activities for individuals or small groups.
• Support development of pupils’ learning and personal skills.
• Produce learning resources and monitor progress.
• Report progress to the teacher and follow nursery policies.
• Work within the apprenticeship framework and complete tasks on time.
