Job summary

Realise Training is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship at Bright Little Stars, allowing you to gain a nationally recognised qualification in a rewarding childcare career. The apprenticeship includes a 5 week paid trial and studying towards a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for supporting children's growth through activities, ensuring their safety, and working collaboratively with parents and professionals.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English or equivalent at a level 1 (grade 3) preferred.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Kind, caring and empathetic personal qualities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out activities to support children's individual needs.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of children is promoted.
• Work in partnership with other professionals and parents.
