Job summary

Small Talk Nurseries is offering a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship in the United Kingdom. You will work under teachers to support individual or small groups of children, aiding education and social development, and building positive relationships to help pupils complete structured activities.

The programme runs for 15–18 months, with modules on health & safety, safeguarding, child development, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support learning activities for individuals or small groups.
• Assist development of pupils' skills to aid learning.
• Help produce learning resources for activities.
