Job summary

Academics Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Level 3 CACHE SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in specialist settings.

You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, help pupils access learning, develop independence and build confidence within a nurturing school environment. This temporary, flexible ongoing supply role offers PAYE pay and ASAP or suitable start.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.

Academics is recruiting a Level 3 CACHE SEN Teaching Assistant for temporary, ongoing opportunities across specialist SEN schools in Doncaster. If you hold the required qualification and are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs, this could be a great opportunity to make a real difference.

Position: Level 3 CACHE SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: £92.56 - £110 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP or a date that suits you

About the Role

As a Level 3 CACHE SEN Teaching Assistant in Doncaster, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs in a structured, nurturing specialist school environment. Pupils may have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties or complex learning needs. The role involves helping pupils access learning, develop independence and build confidence.

• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with varied learning, communication and behavioural needs
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
