Job Title:

Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice

Location:

North Harbour Campus

Salary:

Full Time Equivalent £14,566.15 - £15,550.09 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 08.30 - 16.30 with an hour for lunch.

Contract:

Apprenticeship - 18 Months

About the role:

We seek a motivated individual to join as a Business Administration Apprentice, gaining practical office experience while working towards a recognised qualification. The role involves interacting with people and handling daily administrative duties within one of our central support functions.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Assist with administration tasks for the Apprenticeship and Compliance departments under supervision.
  • Answer phone calls, create files, scan, copy, and update records on the CRM system.
  • Generate correspondence, maintain diaries, and manage routine enquiries.
  • Support compliance and audit activities, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Archive files, undertake typing, collate and distribute documents, and organise records and events.

The postholder may be expected to perform other duties of similar responsibility with appropriate training or qualifications.

  • Proficient ICT skills, including Office 365.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Proactive attitude and good team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills.
