Job summary

Avalon School is seeking a Level 3 apprentice teaching assistant to support learners with diverse needs within a personalised curriculum. The role is a fixed-term post starting January 2027, following an advanced apprenticeship over about 18 months.

The position runs on a term-time pattern of 32.5 hours across 39 weeks, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Job description

This is a Level 3 apprentice teaching assistant post at Avalon School, a specialist school for students aged 11 to 19, on a fixed-term contract from January 2027.
