This class teacher post sits at Avalon School, one of two special schools in the Bower Learning Partnership federation. The work centres on teaching pupils aged 11 to 19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties, building personalised, sensory learning around communication. The role is set within a multidisciplinary team, working alongside therapists, families and support staff to fold therapy targets into daily lessons. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the appointment depends on an enhanced DBS check.
