Pertemps Specialist Talent Solutions is recruiting for an AI Skills Coach for Apprenticeships in Darlington (County Durham). The role is hybrid with on-site presence during probation.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices, deliver workshops, coaching sessions and End Point Assessment prep, ensuring programme quality, compliance and learner engagement. Qualifications

• Essential: Teaching qualification (AET, PGCE, PCET or equivalent) or apprenticeship delivery experience.
• Essential: Experience delivering AI, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation or related programmes.
• Essential: Strong coaching, communication and presentation skills.
• Essential: Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funded learning.
• Essential: Confident using learning technologies, databases and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices across AI and Digital programmes.
• Deliver workshops, micro-teaches and coaching sessions.
• Support learners through milestone reviews and End Point Assessment preparation.
• Maintain programme quality, compliance and learner documentation.
• Monitor learner engagement, progress and achievement.
• Attend standardisation and quality meetings.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of apprenticeship provision.
• Maintain up-to-date industry and occupational knowledge.
