Job summary

Academics is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Worksop to support students across EYFS to KS2. The role is temporary with school-day hours and requires a Cache/NVQ Level 2 TA qualification and an enhanced DBS certificate.

You will lead interventions, prepare teaching resources and work closely with the Class Teacher to support pupils, including those with special educational needs. Salary depends on experience and policy guidelines.

Your working day as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Worksop will consist of:

• Leading interventions

• Working closely with children with special educational needs

The working hours for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant will typically be between 8.30am to 3.30pm.

All applicants must hold a Cache / NVQ Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning or the equivalent alongside required right to work documents. An enhanced DBS certificate is also required prior to commencing work.

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
