Alder Coppice Primary School is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Key Stage 1 and possibly EYFS. The role is 19.5 hours (Wed, Thu, Fri) or 32.5 hours per week, starting November 2026 on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2027.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, committed and experienced with children who have diverse needs, and will contribute to safeguarding and ongoing school improvement.

We wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant, to join this successful primary school, to work in Key Stage 1/EYFS. There may also be an opportunity to work in a pastoral/SEND provision which Alder Coppice are currently opening. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, committed professionals, who, ideally, have had successful experience working as Teaching Assistants within a primary school setting.
