Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Salford. You will support KS1/KS2 pupils, including 1:1 with SEND, under the guidance of class teachers.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with an ASAP start. Pay £95–£100 per day via PAYE, dependent on experience, plus ongoing development and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience working with SEND is beneficial but not essential.
• Positive and flexible approach with a genuine passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of learning activities and lessons for students with SEND.
• Provide one-to-one support or work with small groups of students.
• Help students develop social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.

About the Role:
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our a Primary School in Salford. You will also work 1:1 with students with SEND across the class.
