Job Summary: A Level 2 Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in a school plays a crucial role in supporting students with additional needs to ensure they can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the learning and development of students with special educational needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Provide personal care and support where necessary.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
